With 2019 just around the corner it is time to think about registering (or renewing your registration) for the Scituate Health Alliance’s Health Access Program. This program offers primary care services including; an annual physical exam, sick visits, dental exam and cleaning with our participating provider. The cost to you is only a $10 copay each visit. The 2019 application is now available.
